Changes to the Iowa PTA Legislative Program begin as proposed resolutions. Proposed resolutions along with supporting documentation are submitted to the Legislative Committee for review and consideration. If accepted, the proposed resolution is sent to the general Iowa PTA membership to be voted on at the next Convention. After approval by the general membership, resolutions become part of the Iowa PTA Legislative Program.
